This spring, Sloan and Associates has completed it's 8th year in business as a small, independent company. Since that time we helped 823 familes find their new homes. That is an average of 1 family every 3 days since we have been in business. We had been associated with almost every large franchise firm in the area.

As a Broker since 1987, we felt we could deliver the best services to our customers and clients by becoming independent. Our goal is to maintain an "intimate", service-driven company. We have the ability to make immediate changes if we find better programs and marketing strategies.We want to continue to have 80%-83% of our business come from our past customers and clients.

The only way we can do that is to deliver "hands-on" top level service by providing as much time and personal attention necessary to fulfill our customer's needs. Our customers recommend us to their friends and family...that is our best reward!
